drying, crushing, screening with a 120-mesh
sieve, and storing in a sealed
plastic bottle; determining testing parameters of an
ultraviolet visible
spectroscopy instrument, and collecting
ultraviolet visible spectra of samples; using a KS method to divide each
traditional Chinese medicine, using 2 / 3 of the samples for training and 1 / 3 of the samples for predicting, and merging training data of all types into a total
training set and predicting data into a total predicting set; determining PLS-DA factor number, building a PLS-DA model, and substituting the spectra of the samples in the predicting set into the PLS-DA model to acquire type of the samples in the predicting set.
Spectral data are acquired through an ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, so that detection is quick, environment-friendly and nondestructive; a PLS-DA method is adopted for modeling to build the model for detecting the pseudo-
ginseng and the spurious
breed thereof, so that accuracy is high. The identification method is suitable for identifying pseudo-ginseng and the spurious breed thereof.
