The invention discloses a windowed high-pressure reacting kettle able to placed in ultraviolet-visible spectrometer, having a tube shell, the tube body of the shell is an inter-wall structure to form a circular inter-wall cavity, there is a tube space in the shell and there is a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant tube body of reacting kettle in the tube space; outside the tube body of the reacting kettle, an electric heating device is fixed on the inner wall of the shell; sealed pressure caps are set on two ends of the tube body of the reacting kettle to make the reacting kettle compose a sealed cavity, there are two opposite holes made on the pressure caps, there is a high-pressure quartz window sealed on each hole, and there are fluid inlet and outlet set on the reacting kettle. It is an open reacting kettle and can accurately determine the temperature and pressure of the measured fluid and also make real-time ultraviolet atlas determination on the fluid during high-temperature and high-pressure reaction.
