The invention relates to an
electric vehicle charging method based on storage battery monitoring and fault diagnosis, wherein the
electric vehicle charging method settles defects in prior art. The
electric vehicle charging method comprises the steps of monitoring fluctuation or abrupt change of discharging
voltage and current of the storage battery, acquiring a
voltage signal and a current
signal in the discharging process and storing the acquired
voltage signal and the acquire current signal, and uploading the stored data to the charging device in each charging;
processing and classifying the uploaded data by the charging device, furthermore deleting the data stored in the electric vehicle, and emptying a storage space; performing fault diagnosis and battery service prediction through performing state
data processing on the classified data; finishing battery service life prediction and fault state diagnosis, and performing feedback to a user; if a greatly safety potential
hazard exists in the battery, transmitting fault early-warning on the user, and simultaneously
stopping power supply to the storage battery; and when a latent fault risk exists, transmitting early-warning to the user, and acquiring the battery service life and fault prediction information by the user.
