The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine liquid preparation (wine) for repairing postoperative scars, and belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation for repairing the postoperative scars is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of rhizoma coptidis, 10-20 parts of musk, 8-15 parts of borneol, 15-25 parts of mulberry branch, and 20-30 parts of radix scutellariae. The invention also discloses a preparing method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation, wherein the preparing method comprises the following steps: a, chopping rhizoma coptidis, and grinding musk and borneol respectively; b, placing rhizoma coptidis, musk and borneol in the step a in a suitable glass container, and sealedly soaking with 0.8-1.2 L of 60%-75% ethyl alcohol for 1.5-2.5 months, to obtain a solution A; c, placing mulberry branch and radix scutellariae in a suitable container, and sealedly soaking with 1.6-2.4 L of distilled water for 1.5-2.5 months, to obtain a solution B; and d, filtering the solution A and the solution B respectively, mixing and stirring, then filtering, and thus obtaining the traditional Chinese medicine liquid preparation. The components have synergistic effect and are helpful for lightening and repairing the scars.
