The invention transforms the shoe last data into a grid model after the point could processing, automatically obtains each character point and each character line of the shoe last through the automatic character identification technology, and eliminates the problems brought by the losses or damages of original character information files. The position with larger surface curvature change is a difficult point to generate a curved surface in the process of generating curved surface of the shoe last, and the surface slicing technology can be adopted to reduce the difficulty of curved components, and sub face sheets in different regions are adopted with appropriate curvature reconstruction methods, thereby guaranteeing the surface accuracy of the shoe last model.
