The invention relates to the technical field of
human body blood detection apparatuses, and discloses a 5-part differential
hematology analyzer optical
system. The 5-part differential
hematology analyzer optical
system comprises a front light shaping
assembly, a sample shaping
assembly and a
diffusion light receiving
assembly. The front light shaping assembly is characterized by arranging a
laser, a collimating lens, a
fast axis focusing lens and a slow axis focusing lens in an
optical path, and the
fast axis focusing lens and the slow axis focusing lens are fixed in a shaping lens
barrel capable of rotating for 360DEG; and the
diffusion light receiving assembly is characterized in that three annular light through holes are arranged on a diaphragm to form a low angle
scattered light transmission area, a medium low angle
scattered light transmission area and a medium high
scattered light transmission area, a photoelectric detection array corresponding to the three annular light through holes is provided with a low angle lighting electric
detector, a medium low angle lighting electric
detector and a medium high lighting electric
detector, and the detectors respectively output electric signals. The
diffusion light reception of the optical
system is realized by directly acquiring leucocyte diffusion light signals in three different areas in an approaching 360DEG range, and the integrated photoelectric
detector array is adopted, so the optical system has the advantages of simple
optical path structure, low cost, use convenience, stable
signal source and high accuracy.
