The invention discloses a
machining method for an antenna housing. The
machining method comprises the following steps of: 1) drilling holes in a cylinder, turning the internal
diameter and external
diameter of the cylinder, linearly
cutting lateral through grooves, milling filler strips and clamping strips, turning a filling ring and milling through grooves on the filling rings; 2) performing sand-blowing treatment on the internal
diameter of the cylinder, the lateral through grooves on the cylinder and the external diameter of the filling ring,
polishing the filler strips and the clamping strips, and after the sand-blowing treatment and the
polishing treatment are finished, washing the cylinder; and 3) spray-
coating a primer on the surfaces of the internal diameter of the cylinder, the lateral through grooves on the cylinder and the external diameter of the filling ring subjected to the sand-blowing treatment, placing the cylinder in a
drying oven at the temperature of 80 to 100 DEG C, and baking the cylinder for 2 to 2.5h.
Field quality tracking and underground 180 DEG C*(100 to 130)MPa*3h tests show that the machined antenna housing has reliable and stable quality, high production efficiency and the qualified rate of over 90 percent.
