The invention discloses a storage medium managing method and device in a storage device and the storage device. The method comprises the steps of dividing a storage medium into a data storing area anda replacement area in advance according to the health degree; in the using process of the storage device, monitoring whether a problem memory block exists in the data storing area by the storage device; and when a problem memory block is detected, moving the problem memory block out of the data storing area, obtaining a replacing memory block from the replacement area and moving into the data storing area. The method has the advantages that the problem storage block is replaced with the replacing memory block in the replacement block in the replacement area which is divided in advance; the redundant area of the storage device is not needed to be reduced; the stability of the redundant area in the entire life cycle of the storage device is guaranteed; and the service life and the performance of the storage device are stabilized.

Nucleotide sequences and corresponding polypeptides conferring an altered flowering time in plants

The present invention relates to isolated nucleic acid molecules and their corresponding encoded polypeptides able to confer the trait of altered flowering time in plants. The present invention further relates to using the nucleic acid molecules and polypeptides to make transgenic plants, plant cells, plant materials or seeds of a plant having flowering times that are altered with respect to wild-type plants grown under similar conditions. Altered flowering time includes both plants having an early flowering time and a late flowering time with respect to wild-type plants grown under similar conditions. Flowering time in plants may be altered either with respect to the normal time at which wild-type plants flower within their normal life cycle or altered temporally such that the entire life cycle of the plant is accelerated or prolonged using the nucleic acid molecules and polypeptides of the present invention.
