The invention discloses an electrolyzer for use in electrolytic in-process dressing metallic bond pellet
grinding processing, which belongs to the field of
grinding precision
processing. A
grinding disk of which the upper surface is embedded with grinding
pellets is taken as an
anode, and is driven to rotate by a
machine tool main shaft; a workpiece disk and a workpiece are arranged in a chuck; a pressure head is used for driving the chuck to move transversely in a reciprocating way on the grinding disk to
grind the workpiece; stainless steel boxes are taken as cathodes and are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the pressure head, and a micro transmission mechanism is arranged to realize fine adjustment of upward and
downward displacement of the stainless steel boxes; through sensors, a PLC (
Programmable Logic Controller), stepping motors and the micro transmission mechanism, the distances between the bottoms of the stainless steel boxes and the grinding disk are always kept about 1
millimeter; and moreover, the bottom surfaces of the stainless steel boxes are provided with grinding liquid spray holes which are distributed uniformly, so that an interpolar electrolytic in-process dressing function, i.e.
anode dissolving, is performed fully and stably, and ultra-precision grinding
processing of the workpiece is realized.
