Disclosed is a folding chair comprising a frame and a seat sheet, which has means for protecting a user's vertebral column and means for expanding the seat to improve its seating comfort and stability. The expanding means are connected to both sides of the seat, and the protecting means is coupled at its opposite ends to armrests, upper portions of frame elements or the expanding means. The expanding means are hanged on projections formed by bending upper portions of the front frame elements. The protecting means is held at a certain height on a back rest of the chair but being allowed to be laterally moved by holding means, thereby enabling length of the protecting means to be adjusted. The folding chair may have one or more means for protecting a user's vertebral column.

The invention discloses a folding baby chair capable of adjusting back slope, comprising a chair seat, a chair back, shank supports, handles arranged on two sides of the chair seat and a lock mechanism for adjusting back slope. One end of the chair seat is pivoted to a lower end of the chair back to form a first pivot pint and the other end is pivoted to the shank supports to form a third pivot pint. One end of the handle is pivoted to the chair back to form a second pivot pint which is located above the first pivot pint, and the other end is pivoted to upper ends of the shank supports to form a fourth pivot pint which is located above the third pivot pint. Accordingly, the baby chair form s a four-bar link mechanism; the chair back can drive the shank supports to rotate and meanwhile to extend or collapse; the lock mechanism can be arranged between any two of the chair seat, the chair back, the shank supports and the handles to lock the two and can operatively release lock between the two. The baby chair is simple and practical, has good stability when tilt to the back side and can optimally collapse in folding.
