A method for forming sidewall spacers on a gate stack by depositing one or more layers of silicon containing materials using PECVD process(es) on a gate structure to produce a spacer having an overall k value of about 3.0 to about 5.0. The silicon containing materials may be silicon carbide, oxygen doped silicon carbide, nitrogen doped silicon carbide, carbon doped silicon nitride, nitrogen doped silicon oxycarbide, or combinations thereof. The deposition is performed in a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition chamber and the deposition temperature is less than 450° C. The present invention provides a convertible furniture piece generally including a base, a first quick-release locking mechanism, a first cushion member and a first support bracket. An air-pressure applying assembly for a seat, having an occupant holding portion, for selectively applying a desired pressure to the body of a seat occupant. This assembly includes an air-bag assembly, an air-pressure source, an inlet-conduit assembly, an exhaust valve assembly, and a control assembly. The air-bag assembly is removably mountable to the seat occupant holding portion. The inlet-conduit assembly is in fluid communication at one end to the air-pressure source and at another to the air-bag assembly. The exhaust valve assembly is in fluid communication at one end to the inlet conduit assembly and has an air-outlet at the other end. A control assembly is linked to the air pressure source and to the exhaust valve assembly. The control assembly is so configured as to selectively signal the air-pressure source to inflate the air bag assembly so as to apply the desired pressure to the body of the seat occupant and as to selectively signal the exhaust valve assembly to release air from the air-bag assembly.

A folding lounge chair has a seat frame, including a front leg and a rear leg crossing each other and hinged to the seat frame. At the crossing of the front leg and the rear leg, a hinge plate having a guide groove is fixed to the rear leg. At two ends of the guide groove are, respectively, upper and lower arrest units. The lower arrest unit is curved upwards. At one end of the lower arrest unit is provided a projected retaining part. One end of a bolt is fixed onto the rear leg, the other end running through the guide groove of the hinge plate, permitting the bolt to glide up and down along the guide groove. Besides allowing the lounge chair to retain a simplified construction, when the legs are unfolded, the bolt will not glide into the lower arrest unit and will be arrested by the projected retaining part. Therefore, the legs will not easily fold up. By lightly patting on the rear leg, the bolt will jump away from the projected retaining part and escape out of the lower arrest unit, and allow the legs to be folded up. Thereby, the legs of the chair can be easily folded or unfolded by simple operation.

Systems and techniques are disclosed for a planar seating apparatus having a seat support in a first plane, a back support in a second plane and coupled to the seat support, and a plurality of side supports coupled to the back support. The plurality of side supports are adjustable and capable of folding, as is the back support, to provide a compact and easily transportable and storable device.
