Method for calculating tolerance dosage of sugar alcohol and function sugar of human body

The invention relates to a method for calculating tolerance dosage of sugar alcohol and function sugar of the human body. Xylitol is taken as an example, and the method comprises the following steps that mice with the volume of 200 g are selected as experimental animal objects, the mice with the volume of 200 g are divided into six experimental groups and one control group, and there are ten numbered mice of each group; the mice of six experimental mice are fed with the xylitol of different dosages in a filling mode every day; the mice of the control group are fed with saccharose in the filling mode; sufficient drinking water and ordinary feed are provided for the experimental mice; the mice are checked every night, and the diarrheal mice are counted; the feeding mode lasts for 14 days; the maximum tolerated dosage of the xylitol of the mice of each group is obtained according to diarrhea conditions of the mice on the last day, intestinal segment slice images of all the mice and the result of content of diamine oxidase; according to a drug dosage reduction formula between the experimental animal and the human, the maximum tolerated dosage of the mouse is converted to obtain the tolerance dosage of the xylitol of the human body. In an animal experiment mode, the range of the tolerance dosage of the sugar alcohol and the function sugar of the human body is obtained more accurately.

Hyperpolarization <129>Xe switch type magnetic resonance molecular probe for identifying diamine oxidase

The invention belongs to the technical field of biochemical analysis and particularly relates to a hyperpolarization <129>Xe switch type magnetic resonance molecular probe for identifying diamine oxidase. The hyperpolarization <129>Xe switch type magnetic resonance molecular probe comprises cucurbit[6]uril and putrescine hydrochloride. The principle of the molecular probe is characterized in thata substrate (putrescine hydrochloride) with high cucurbit[6]uril binding force is converted by diamine oxidase into a product (1-pyrroline) which does not combine with cucurbit[6]uril; before enzymatic reaction, a <129>Xe hyperpolarization chemical exchange saturation transfer signal in the cucurbit[6]uril is inhibited by strong cucurbit[6]uril conjugate until the enzymatic reaction oxidizes the substrate into the product; due to the fact that the binding constant of putrescine hydrochloride@cucurbit[6]uril is several magnitude orders larger than that of <129>Xe@cucurbit[6]uril and (1-pyrroline)@cucurbit[6]uril cannot combine, the <129>Xe hyperpolarization chemical exchange saturation transfer signal in the cucurbit[6]uril appears after the enzymatic reaction through enhanced <129>Xe cucurbit[6]uril interaction, and diamine oxidase identification is achieved through the <129>Xe hyperpolarization chemical exchange saturation transfer signal in the cucurbit[6]uril.

Application of Xinnaoxin capsule in preparation of antidepressant

ActiveCN103494946AAntidepressantDoes not interfere with spontaneous activityNervous disorderCapsule deliverySynaptic cleftMedicine
The invention discloses application of a Xinnaoxin capsule in preparation of an antidepressant. According to experimental studies, the Xinnaoxin capsule can substantially reduce dead time during tail suspension and forced swimming of behavioral despair model mice; according to open field experiments, spontaneous activities of the mice are not influenced while dead time is substantially decreased, which prompts that the Xinnaoxin capsule has a certain anti-depression effect. Meanwhile, the Xinnaoxin capsule can substantially inhibit activity of monoamine oxidase and increase the content of a monoamine neurotransmitter in a synaptic cleft, which proves that the Xinnaoxin capsule has the anti-depression effect. Moreover, the Xinnaoxin capsule can substantially antagonize decrease of body temperature of the mice caused by reserpine and apomorphine and increase exogenous toxicity given to NE, which reveals that the capsule has the anti-depression effect. The anti-depression effect of the capsule is realized through improvement of the level of the monoamine neurotransmitter in the synaptic cleft.

Antidepressant and anxiolytic use of Qing'e prescription extract

ActiveCN105641363AAntidepressant-anxiety effectNervous disorderPlant ingredientsAnxiolytic likeCatecholamine
The invention discloses a use of a Qing'e prescription extract in preparation of an antidepressant and anxiolytic composition. With oral administration of the Qing'e prescription extract, the experimental animal mine field movement total distance can be increased, the tail suspension immobility time is reduced, the elevated plus maze open-arm time is increased, the forced swimming immobility time is reduced, and relatively good antidepressant and anxiolytic effects are shown. The Qing'e prescription extract can increase the contents of hippocampal area 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), norepinephrine (NE) and gamma-aminobutyric acid (gamma-GABA), and reduces the content of glutamate (Glu). On one hand, the gamma-GABA increasing role and the Glu reduction role of the Qing'e prescription extract indicate that the Qing'e prescription extract has a role in adjusting metabolism of central nervous system neurotransmitters Glu and gamma-GABA, reduces the Glu/gamma-GABA ratio, reduces transmission of GABAergic neurotransmitters, regulates the reactivity of a catecholamine acceptor, thereby playing antidepressant and anxiolytic roles. On the other hand, the Qing'e prescription extract increases the central nervous system 5-HT level and plays the antidepressant and anxiolytic roles by inhibiting the activity of monoamine oxidase.
