The preparation method comprises the following steps: cutting corn stalks, soaking the corn stalks with a sulfuric acid solution, then soaking with a potassium phosphate solution, then carrying out activation, sieving, then soaking with a cellulolytic enzyme solution, then adding a sodium alga acid solution, then dropwise adding a calcium chloride solution, leaving to stand, and washing to obtain active carbon fixed with mixed enzyme; washing zeolites by using grain size nitric acid, then soaking the zeolites with nitric acid, then washing, and drying to obtain treated zeolites; adding the active carbon fixed with mixed enzyme and the treated zeolites into the absorption column. The ecological absorption column prepared by using the preparation method is suitable for treating the cow breeding waste water.

Composition for improving quality of milk, and preparation method and applications thereof

The invention discloses a composition containing melatonin as an active ingredient and applications of the composition in enhancing the production performance of DHI and improving the quality of milk.The composition can significantly reduce somatic cell count in milk and improve the quality of the milk. Under conditions of different seasons, ages and lactation periods, the somatic cell score (p <0.01) of the milk can be significantly decreased by applying the composition; the protein content and lactose content in the milk can be increased; and the fat content and urea nitrogen content in the milk can be reduced. Thus, the composition can improve the quality of the milk and enhance the benefits of dairy farming.
