system, and the combination mode is flexible and convenient; accordingly, the detection instrument can adapt to higher-resolution measurement (restricted to the micro-CT field), multiple optical paths are combined to adapt to samples of different sizes and measurement with different resolution requirements, the micro-CT sample detecting range is greatly widened, and the micro-CT measurement capacity is greatly enhanced.
