Embodiment

[0033] Circulating fluidized bed reactors are widely used in petroleum smelting, boilers, metallurgy and other fields. The cross-sectional material distribution in the reactor is an important tender for the operation status of the reactor. CT can be used to measure the cross-sectional view of the reactor material distribution without interference , has aroused great interest in the industry in recent years. However, for X-ray CT, because its energy spectrum is continuously distributed, rather than a single value, it is inevitable to produce radiation hardening phenomenon during actual measurement, which will cause deviation between the measurement result and the real value. Features hardening correction. However, since the multiphase flow system in this type of reactor is a typical complex system, a slight change in the initial operating conditions can lead to drastic changes in the local information of the flow field. Therefore, it is difficult to generate an accurate and rep...

Abstract

The invention provides a correcting method aiming at CT ray hardening in a multi-phase flow system, which comprises the following steps: 1) using fluid dynamics software to generate a simulated flow field of the multi-phase flow system; 2) selecting one two-dimensional section of the simulated flow field to acquire flow field data of the two-dimensional section; 3) selecting materials and thicknesses of different filter plates, and simulating a process of scanning the two-dimensional section by CT to acquire simulated two-dimensional reconstructed images corresponding to the materials and thethicknesses of the different filter plates respectively; and 4) determining the materials and the thicknesses of the filter plates required during actual CT measurement according to the similarity ofthe simulated two-dimensional reconstructed images and the simulated flow field data. The correcting method has the advantages that the defect that the precise repeatable flow field cannot be producedin a physical experiment can be overcome by combining computational fluid mechanics and CT simulation; and the hardening correcting parameters of a CT system can be determined through computer simulation so as to save a large amount of manpower, materials and financial resources.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of multiphase flow measurement, and in particular, the invention relates to a method for obtaining correction parameters of CT radiation hardening. Background technique [0002] Multiphase flow widely exists in industrial production. The multiphase flow system is a typical complex system, and its internal heterogeneous structure has multi-scale characteristics. Under the condition far from equilibrium, the slight change of the operating parameters not only affects the micro-scale structure, but may also cause the macro-scale structure of the whole system to change. The dramatic changes have greatly affected the performance of the reactor. In-depth research and control of multiphase flow devices requires reliable experimental data as the basis, among which, the measurement of material concentration distribution in the device cross-section is an important content. [0003] At present, the commonly used multi...
