The invention discloses a polymer semiconductor material capable of performing solution processing, and in particular relates to a semiconductor conjugated polymer based on (thienyl) diketo-pyrrolo-pyrrole and (2-oxyindole-3-subunit) benzodifuran-diketone and a preparation method of the semiconductor conjugated polymer. The synthesized novel semiconductor conjugated polymer disclosed by the invention has a wide absorption peak, can cover visible light, even can extend to a near-infrared area, also has a low LUMO energy level, and can be used for replacing PCBM to be applied in photovoltaic receptor material application and organic photovoltaic fields. By adopting an introduced side chain as a solubilized alkyl chain, the prepared conjugated semiconductor polymer disclosed by the invention can be subjected to solution processing treatment, and has a certain application prospect in organic thin-film transistor and organic photovoltaic fields.

Benzodifuran-based polymer materials and their photovoltaic application

A series of derivative materials with the main chain containing benzodifuran (BDF) units are prepared, and a BDF polymer derivative material is obtained through connecting the BDF units with another aromatic ring, an aromatic heterocyclic ring or their derivatives by C-C single bonds via a Stille coupling polymerization method. The series of polymers have a good photoelectric conversion function when they are applied to solar batteries. A concrete application process comprises the following steps: mixing the polymer material with a C60 or C70 acceptor, coating on ITO conductive glass to prepare a semi-transparent film, and vapor-plating a metal electrode on the polymer in a vacuum vapor plating manner, and preparing a polymer solar battery device.

The invention discloses a rigid conjugated polymer based on benzodifurandione and derivatives thereof as well as preparation and application of the rigid conjugated polymer. Novel polymerization method of conjugated polymer based on (2-oxyindole-3-idene) benzodifuran-dione and bithiophene

The invention discloses a novel polymerization method of a conjugated polymer based on (2-oxyindole-3-idene) benzodifuran-dione and bithiophene. According to the novel active polymerization method, a polymerization reaction is carried out by taking bithiophene dibenzodipyrrole dione and benzodifuran dione as basic compounds and taking acid as a catalyst in a solvent, such as chlorobenzene or methylbenzene, and thus the polymer can be efficiently prepared. The polymerization method is novel in design and easy in activity control, is efficient, and can be applied to preparation of semiconductor polymers of such type. The polymer has a structural formula shown in the description. In the formula, R1 is a C8-C24 alkyl chain, R2 is H or a C6-C14 alkyl chain, and n is no less than 1.
