The invention provides a novel
artificial turf, a method for manufacturing the same and a recycled material prepared from the
artificial turf through recycling. The
artificial turf comprises grass
fiber, grass bottom part and back rubber, wherein the grass
fiber and the grass bottom part are mainly made from
polyethylene and
polypropylene respectively; and the back rubber is made from
ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA) as a main material together with a filler, tackifying resin, a conditioning agent, a
plasticizer, an
antioxidant and the like which are added into the main material. The artificial turf is made by adhering the back rubber to the grass bottom part provided with the grass
fiber; and the adhesion can be achieved in two
modes: the first mode is to make the back rubber into a thin film firstly and then adhere the back rubber to the grass bottom provided with the grass fiber; and the second mode is to make the back rubber into a thin film through
casting and adhere the thin film to the grass bottom provided with the grass fiber simultaneously. The artificial turf can be recycled integrally to obtain a useful recycled
composite material, so as to eliminate environmental
pollution and reduce the recycling cost.
