The invention discloses an
experimental system for detecting the influence of
rhizosphere microorganisms on
plant growth and root development. The
experimental system is characterized in that a two-grid culture dish is used as an experimental mold, sterile
arabidopsis seedlings growing for 5 + / -1 days are transferred to a culture medium in the dish,
rhizosphere bacterial liquid is directly inoculated on the
root system of one grid of seedlings, the other grid of seedlings is used as a contrast, and
sterile water of which the amount is equal to that of the bacterial liquid is added without inoculating
bacteria; then the two-grid culture dish is sealed with a breathable pressure-sensitive
adhesive tape, and is vertically placed in an illumination
incubator, and culturing is performed for 4-6days; and whether inoculated microorganisms can promote
plant growth and
root system development or not is judged by observing and measuring the lengths of seedlings and main roots of the overgroundparts of plants and counting the density of lateral roots, or whether the microorganisms have
tryptophan-dependent
auxin synthetic pathways or not is identified. The
system is helpful for screening and application of
rhizosphere microorganisms for promoting
plant growth and root development, and has important value for agricultural production and
microorganism exploration.
