The invention discloses an application of alkaloid atropine in relieving low-temperature freeze injury stress of plants. The cold resistance of the plants can be improved through exogenous alkaloid atropine when cold injury occurs. Under the low-temperature stress condition, an alkaloid atropine aqueous solution with the concentration of 50-150 nmol / plant can be set for rape seedling root soakingtreatment, and freezing injury stress of rape is relieved; and under the low-temperature stress condition, an alkaloid atropine aqueous solution with the concentration of 10-30 nmol / plant can be set for arabidopsis thaliana seedling irrigation treatment, and the effect of relieving freezing injury stress of arabidopsis thaliana is achieved.
