Heat exchanger and air conditioner

The invention provides a heat exchanger and an air conditioner. The heat exchanger can be used as a condenser or an evaporator. Partition boards are disposed in the collector tubes so that a plurality of distribution chambers are formed in the collector tubes; a plurality of inlet tubes and outlet tubes are provided; and accordingly coolant can be distributed. When a warm room operates, vortexes formed by the coolant in the distribution chambers are sprayed up from spray holes on the distribution chambers to form jet flows, the coolant is pelletized and equally enters flat tubes, and accordingly annular flows with good heat transfer effect are formed, the parts are subjected to even heat exchange and the performance of the heat exchanger is improved. When a cold room operates, gas coolant continuously radiates heat outside through pipelines to form liquid condensate or gas-liquid flows, and the liquid condensate or gas-liquid flows enter the distribution chambers from the lower spray holes of the spray chambers in the first collector tubes and are discharged from the inlet tubes. In addition, the size of coolant pellets is reduced, impact of the coolant pellets upon the inner walls of the tubes and pellet collision are inhibited, and accordingly flowing noise of the coolant can be reduced.

Embodiments of the invention suppress collision between a head element section and a magnetic disk. In manufacturing a hard disk drive (HDD) according to an embodiment of the present invention, recession R is preliminarily measured for each head slider. Recession R means the amount of recession of the head element section relative to the slider. Write current and heater current values respectively for the write device and the TFC heater are registered based on the measured recession. Since these values are set according to the recession of the head element section, it is possible to prevent each head element section from colliding with the magnetic disk while reducing the clearance between each head element section and the magnetic disk.
