wafer comprising a biological micro-
electronic chip having at least one micro-electronic
integrated circuit module. The micro-electronic
integrated circuit module has a sensing receiving coil, a micro-
information processing circuit, a high-speed cache, a
crystal oscillator and an emission coil, wherein the sensing receiving coil can receive a biological wave emitted by a
human body cell and transmits the same to the high-speed cache via the micro-
information processing circuit; the
crystal oscillator produces
resonance according to the biological wave in the high-speed cache, amplifies the fluctuation; the amplified
resonance wave can be transmitted to the emission coil via the micro-
information processing circuit; and the emission coil can feed back the
resonance wave to a biological wave emission body. The invention further provides a health-caring paste utilizing the biological health-caring
wafer. The biological health-caring
wafer is simply and rationally structured; health-caring function and versatility can be both considered; a user can use the paste as needed; and the cells can be protected without a harm.
