The invention relates to an embedded type development platform and aims at providing a method for realizing an embedded type GUI (Graphical User Interface) based on configuration, the method is particularly applicable to an interaction type embedded development platform, and configuration programming in an embedded system is realized through establishment of a configuration file and a software code base. The configuration file inputs all control information, properties and resources in a program according to fixed rules; and the software code base comprises various code blocks generated and operated by various self-defined control of the embedded platform, and loading functions and configuration file analytic functions of interface resource information such as various images, with good portability and applicability. Therefore, by utilizing the method, the code base can be continuously improved, the interface design is continuously improved, and various self-defining requirements can be conveniently met according to various self-defined control and functions in the embedded type interface development process.
