The invention discloses vehicular
oxygen-containing
gasoline prepared from crude methylal and component oil and a preparation method thereof. The vehicular
oxygen-containing
gasoline consists of the following components in part by weight: 100 to 500 parts of crude methylal, 500 to 900 parts of component oil, 0.0005 to 0.05 part of
corrosion-resistant sweller and 0.5 to 3 parts of dehydrant. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: pumping the prepared crude
oxygen-containing
gasoline into a universal liquid-liquid extraction
tower at normal temperature and normal pressure, and spraying the dehydrant simultaneously; after the gasoline, the crude methylal and the dehydrant which pass through 10
tower plates in the flowing process from top to bottom are mixed and subjected to
mass transfer for multiple times, dissolving
impurity methanol and water in the dehydrant; allowing the mixture to flow into an interstage tank from an outlet of a
tower bottom for
sedimentation, and dividing the mixture into two
layers, wherein the dehydrant and the
impurity are in the lower layer, and the crude oxygen-containing gasoline prepared from the crude methylal and the component oil is in the upper layer; and pumping the crude oxygen-containing gasoline into a blending tank after filtering, and adding 0.0005 to 0.05 part of
corrosion resistant sweller to obtain the vehicular oxygen-containing gasoline. The vehicular oxygen-containing gasoline can solve the problems of demixing due to easy water absorption at a low temperature, low thermal value, high
oil consumption and unsuitability for long-distance transportation and long-term storage existing in
methanol gasoline.
