The invention discloses a
data transmission protocol for a transparent transmission forward and reverse isolating device. The steps are as follows: equipment deployment of a
station control layer: a
communication link is established, a
production control area is deployed at an internal
network control machine, an
information management area at deployed in an external network industrial control
machine, the middle is the forward and reverse isolating device, and a
data center displays
data monitoring on in-
station equipment; data collection: the internal network industrial control
machine implements the data collection on the in-
station equipment, is docked successfully to assemble received data into a data packet with a self-defined format through a
client, and transmits to the external network industrial control machine via the isolating device, and a
server in the external
network control machine analyzes the data packet into corresponding data; and reverse control: the
data center sends a control instruction according to a special condition, assembles the data packet via the
server of the external network industrial control machine, and transmits reverse single bytes to the internal network machine, thereby implementing
response control. When a data or communication anomaly occurs, an external terminal can send a restart instruction, so that internal
terminal equipment performs self-checking and restarts; and a forward data business is encapsulated. Therefore, the
data transmission protocol is relatively safe and efficient.
