The self-adjusting method comprises the steps that S1, information of an injection molding product is obtained, the information is submitted to an injection molding cloud management platform PROIMM, and the information of the injection molding product comprises the size, the weight and the buckling deformation amount; S2, the injection molding cloud management platform PROIMM monitors the injection molding product information in real time and judges whether the injection molding product information is abnormal or not, if yes, the instruction parameters and the injection molding product information are input into an injection molding cloud self-adjusting AI system, and the step S3 is carried out, and if not, normal process parameters and injection molding product information are input into a self-learning system in the injection molding cloud self-adjusting AI system; and S3, the injection molding cloud self-adjustment AI system analyzes the abnormal reason of the injection molding product information according to the instruction parameters and the injection molding product information, the optimal instruction parameters are output to an electronic operation guidance system ESOP system, and the electronic operation guidance system ESOP issues the optimal instruction parameters to the injection molding machine.
