The invention provides a logistics vehicle management system which comprises a driver client, a fleet management client and a cloud server, wherein the cloud server comprises a transportation logistics service system and is used for receiving a delivery order created by a cargo owner through a network, selecting a transportation vehicle according to the requirement of the cargo owner and sending the transportation vehicle to the corresponding driver client, generating a waybill after the driver client confirms that the order is received, and carrying out whole-process monitoring on the execution process of the order; the driver client is used for registering and authenticating a driver account in the transportation service system, uploading vehicle information and binding a freight charging account; and the fleet management client is used for registering and authenticating a fleet management account of a fleet owner or a manager in the transportation service system, and managing a driver account and an associated vehicle in the fleet.
