The method comprises steps that a block chain platform obtains a live broadcast service request transmitted by a user terminal, and the live broadcast service request carries an authentication key; the block chain platform verifies whether the authentication key is consistent with key information stored in a block chain or not;and if so, the block chain platform sends a user identity authorization success result and a live broadcast slicing network service establishment request to a telecom operator platform, so that the telecom operator platform establishes a live broadcast network slicing service. According to the method, problems that safety of a live broadcast account and a live broadcast platform in a current livebroadcast scheme cannot be guaranteed, which causing benefit loss of a live broadcast watching user or the live broadcast platform, and cannot avoid the phenomena of video playing blockage and interruption in live broadcast, which causing the poor live broadcast watching experience of the user are solved.
