The present invention relates to an energy recovery circuit of a PDP and a drive method thereof in which the energy recovery circuit uses a booster drive circuit that is able to reduce a sustain voltage by half to thereby reduce the amount of energy consumed by a drive circuit of the PDP and reduce a rise time of a sustain pulse. According to the present invention, a plasma display panel includes sustain means for providing energy to electrodes related to selected cells to effect discharge in the selected cells, and a panel capacitor, wherein the sustain means comprises: an inductor for,charging or discharging the panel capacitor; inductor charge path means which provides a path through which energy is charged to the inductor and is opened when the inductor is substantially fully charged; panel capacitor charge path means which provides a path through which the panel capacitor is charged with the energy charged in the inductor and is opened when the panel capacitor is substantially fully charged; panel capacitor discharge path means which provides a path through which the panel capacitor is discharged and is opened when the panel capacitor is substantially fully discharged; and auxiliary storage means which stores energy if the substantially fully discharged state of the panel capacitor is maintained and supplies the energy to the panel capacitor if the substantially fully charged state of the panel capacitor is maintained.

An electronic device according to various embodiments may include a communication circuit, including a reception circuit and a transmission circuit, and a processor. The processor may be configured to: receive at least one piece of identification information corresponding to at least one external electronic device for providing a traffic-related signal to at least one vehicle outside the electronic device, via the reception circuit, identify the position of the electronic device, based at least on the at least one piece of identification information, and activate the transmission circuit to transmit movement-related information of the electronic device to the at least one vehicle or the at least one external electronic device, based at least on the position.

The present invention provides a processor which has a small-scale circuit and is capable of executing loop processing at a high speed while consuming a small amount of power. When the processor decodes an instruction “jloop C6,C1:C4,TAR,Ra”, the processor (i) sets a conditional flag C4 to 0 when the value of a register Ra is smaller than 0, (ii) moves the value of a conditional flag C2 to a conditional flag C1, moves the value of a conditional flag C3 to the conditional flag C2, and moves the value of the conditional flag C4 to the conditional flags C3 and C6, (iii) adds −1 to the register Ra and stores the result into the register Ra, and (iv) branches to an address specified by a branch register (TAR). When not filled with a branch target instruction, the jump buffer will be filled with a branch target instruction.
