pultrusion process, the production and manufacturing process is simple, and the labor intensity of workers is low. Wing edges of the connector pressing plate are provided with multiple heat dissipating reinforcing ribs facing an inner side of a busway
phase line conductor, joints between adjacent
busbar groove sections are directly connected to a busway cover plate and an upper plate cover plate at the same time through boss inner threaded holes in the heat dissipating reinforcing ribs at two ends of the jointpressing plate, and a central upward protruding part has an open groove to form a C-shaped structure to clamp a joint belleville spring. The insulation protection level is high, parts are light, the
corrosion resistance performance is good, a
surface processing process is not needed, the busway can be directly
cut and used after
pultrusion, the number of parts is small, the connection is reliable,and the installation and transportation are convenient.
