The invention discloses a hot-pressing bonding equipment for a multi-layer
polyester fiber pad. The hot-pressing bonding equipment structurally comprises a
machine body, a control box, a top base, a
hydraulic cylinder and a hot-pressing mechanism, wherein the control box is installed on the right side of the
machine body, the top base is vertically arranged above the
machine body, and the
hydraulic cylinder is installed on the top surface of the top base. Due to deformation resilience of a
polyester fiber layer, a pressing plate is pushed, the
moving speed of the pressing plate is increased, and the matching speed of the pressing plate and a hydraulic rod is changed. Buffer plates of buffer devices are in contact with the
fiber layer, so that the
fiber layer is buffered, the upward pushingof the
fiber layer to the pressing plate is reduced, the normal movable matching of the pressing plate and the hydraulic rod is facilitated, and the hot-pressing bonding of the pressing plate to thefiber layer is accelerated. Due to the high temperature of the
fiber layer, hot air easily enters exhaust holes to be liquefied into water drops, and the liquefied water drops on the inner walls of the exhaust holes are removed through removing devices on the inner walls of the exhaust holes, so that the water drops liquefied on the inner walls of the exhaust holes are reduced, the exhaust holes are kept unblocked, the flow speed of gas is increased, and gas emission through the exhaust holes is accelerated.
