network automation access layer, wherein the power-distribution main station layer comprises a plurality of power-distribution main station rings used for high-
voltage power distribution; the power-distribution sub-station layer comprises a plurality of power-distribution sub-station rings used for medium-
voltage power distribution; the power-distribution terminal layer comprises a plurality of power-distribution terminal rings used for low-
voltage power distribution; the power-distribution main station layer is in communication connection with the power-distribution sub-station layer by the distribution
network automation backbone layer; and the power-distribution sub-station layer is in communication connection with the power-distribution terminal layer by the distribution network
automation access layer. The
