The invention discloses an artificial breeding method of southward
stichopus japonicus, and belongs to the technical field of cultivation of the
stichopus japonicus. In autumn in the north, when the
water temperature of
seawater of a natural sea area reaches 10-15 DEG C, cultivated
stichopus japonicus is collected to be stored at a low temperature, and the storage
water temperature is the
natural water temperature; when the
natural water temperature drops to 4-6 DEG C, the
water temperature is kept for 10-20 days, and then the cultivated stichopus japonicus is transported to the south by adopting a water transportation method to be cultivated in cages on the sea; when the
natural water temperature rises to 17 DEG C, the cultivated stichopus japonicus is moved from the sea to a workshop for spawning, fertilization, incubation and cultivation of floating hatch
larva, throwing of substratums and cultivation of young stichopus japonicus; when the natural water temperature in the south gradually exceeds 28 DEG C,
kelp seedling cooling water is utilized to cool the water used for cultivation of the young stichopus japonicus through plate heat exchangers, and the water temperature is kept within the range suitable for growth of the young stichopus japonicus. By means of the artificial breeding method of the southward stichopus japonicus,
gonad development of the southward stichopus japonicus is promoted, the
sperm quality and the ovum quality are improved, and the higher
hatching rate and emergence rate are obtained.
