A surround sound reproduction system uses a series of filters and a system of main and sub-speakers to produce phantom rear surround sound channels or a phantom surround sound effect from a loudspeaker system or pair of loudspeaker systems located in front of the listener. Left and right sub-speakers, and left and right main speakers are located in front of a listening location. Spacing between respective main and sub-speakers is approximately equal to ear spacing for an average person. In one embodiment of the present invention, a recording speed such as a frame rate for surveillance images are controlled according to extent of motion of subjects in the surveillance detected through prediction between neighboring frames, and information about the controlled frame rates and information about time at which the frame rate is used may be managed and recorded in an associated manner. In another embodiment of the present invention, based on information about frame rates managed in associated with information about time at which the frame rate is used, specific frames from surveillance images on a recording medium are selectively reproduced, and a period in which frames are recorded at a frame rate higher than a specific rate may be selected and reproduced.

A preparation method of the modified polyurethane suspended filler includes the steps of taking the 10 parts to 80 parts of polyhydroxyalkanoate, the 10 parts to 80 parts of activated carbon, the 0 part to 10 parts of bioactivator, the 0 part to 1 part of inorganic metal salt, the 0 part to 20 parts of organic high-molecular polymer and the 0 part to 10 parts of inorganic flocculate, dissolving the mixture in the 1 part to 10 parts of water-soluble polyurethane solutions, soaking the 60 parts to 80 parts of polyurethane in the solution to obtain the loaded polyurethane suspended filler, and conducting secondary drying after primary drying is conducted to obtain the modified polyurethane suspended filler. The modified polyurethane suspended filler has the advantages of being high in porosity and large in specific area.

A dynamic load fixture (DLF) applies a torsion load to a unit under test (UUT) to achieve the demanding aerodynamic load exposures encountered by a control actuation system (CAS) in flight. Instead of fixing the end of the torsion bar, the DLF controls the application of torque to the torsion bar, hence the UUT via a DLF motor. The dynamic load can be independent of the angular rotation of the UUT, which allows the DLF to more effectively reproduce desired acceptance tests such as torque-at-rate and nonlinear loads. Furthermore, application of the loads through a torsion bar allows the system the compliance needed to generate precise loads while allowing for the flexibility of changing torsion bars to test a wide variety of UUT on one test platform. To achieve the demanding aerodynamic load exposures encountered by a CAS in flight, the controller must be able to respond both very fast and very precisely. Control is enhanced by the thorough characterization of the DLF and application of either “classic” negative feedback control or “modern” state-space control methods of linear observers and quadratic optimum control.

The method includes forming an oxide mask in a predetermined pattern on a surface of a substrate, forming a plurality of recesses by etching a region without the oxide mask from the substrate, removing the oxide mask and forming a PN-junction layer on the substrate, forming a first electrode on the PN-junction layer and forming a second electrode on another surface of the substrate, and forming a unit module by stacking a radioisotope layer on the PN-junction layer, the radioisotope layer emitting a beta ray. The beta battery can improve efficiency per unit area than a single layered beta battery by the number of stacked PN-junctions, and the process is simpler than a pore-forming process using DRIE, and manufacturing costs and time can be saved.
