The invention discloses a
system and method for preventing vehicle fee avoidance and evasion. The
system comprises at least one dynamic weighing area arranged along a driving direction; the dynamic weighing area includes a dynamic weighing unit, an
authentication system and a roadside unit (RSU), wherein the dynamic weighing unit is sued for completing the weighing of vehicles, the
authentication system is used for completing vehicle recognition work and generating
license plate data or vehicle model data, and the roadside unit (RSU) communicates with the dynamic weighing unit and the
authentication system respectively. On the one hand, the roadside unit (RSU) writes the weighing data, the
license plate data or the vehicle model data into an OBU or transmits the weighing data, the
license plate data or the vehicle model data to the background, and on the other hand, the roadside unit (RSU) reads existing weighing data, license plate data or vehicle model data of the OBU or the background, and compares the existing weighing data, license plate data or vehicle model data with the current weighing data, license plate data or vehicle model data, and writes alarm information into the OBU or transmits the alarm information to the back ground if finding that the current weighing data, license plate data or vehicle model data are inconsistent with the existing weighing data, license plate data or vehicle model data. According to the system and method of the invention, the dynamic weighing unit and the
authentication system are adopted, so that surreptitious replacement of license plates of vehicles can be effectively prevented.
