The invention discloses an electric reciprocating saw, comprising an
enclosure and a motor which is used as a power source, wherein the motor is linked with reciprocating rods fixedly provided with saw blades
through transmission mechanisms; two transmission mechanisms are arranged, have same structures and are arranged in parallel; each transmission mechanism comprises a large gear which is linked with an output end of the motor, a
crank shaft fixed with the center of the large gear, and a swinging rod bearing arranged on the periphery of the
crank shaft; the two large gears are respectively arranged at two sides of the
tail end of the output end of the motor; the two reciprocating rods fixedly provided with the saw blades are arranged; and the swinging rod bearing in each transmission mechanism is connected with the respective reciprocating rod. The motor can drag the two large gears at the same time so that the two saw blades can do movements in opposite directions all the time so that the device can bear force in the opposite directions,
resultant force of external force borne by the device is nearly zero and an unbalanced phenomenon does not happen; and therefore, the vibration caused by
cutting is obviously reduced, the
cutting is stable, the efficiency is high and the operation is safe. The relative position and the relative angle of a
crank shaft body and a bearing inner ring are changed so that the saw blades have the two different working routes and the same reciprocating saw can meet the
cutting requirements of workpieces with different textures at the same time.
