The method includes the steps that a server receives a defence organizing instruction sent by a user terminal and sends the defence organizing instruction to an automobile-mounted terminal corresponding to the user terminal, so that the automobile-mounted terminal is triggered to obtain an automobile state message and send the automobile state message to the server; the server monitors the automobile state message sent by the automobile-mounted terminal, if no automobile state message sent by the automobile-mounted terminal is monitored in a preset time period, an alarming message is sent to the user terminal; and if the automobile state message is monitored in the preset time period, whether the received automobile state message is abnormal or not is judged, and if the received automobile state message is abnormal, the alarming message is sent to the user terminal.
