The method comprises the steps that (S1)a control unit receives an elevator image shot by an image collection device and judges whether an elevator stays in a door-opened state, the control unit detects whether the electric vehicle existsin the image if the elevator is in the door-opened state, and a warning is sent if the electric vehicle exists; (S2) the control unit detects whether the elevator is started, and the control unit undertakes an initiative right of the elevator if the elevator is not started; (S3) the control unit re-receives an elevator image shot by the image collection device and judges whether the electric vehicle still exists in the elevator image, and whether the electric vehicle exists in the elevator is judged if the electric vehicle exists in the image; and (S4) if the electric vehicle is in the elevator, the control unit controls the elevator to stay still and open the door.
