Disclosed herein is a rotating slide-type mobile communication terminal. The rotating slide-type mobile communication terminal of the present invention includes a main body which includes a pair of guide rails having different curvatures and lengths formed at both sides in a central portion of the main body. The rotating slide-type mobile communication terminal further includes a slider which has on a front surface thereof a liquid crystal display to output various video signals, and a pair of coupling bosses on a rear surface thereof, so that, while the coupling bosses execute a sliding motion, the orientation of the slider is changed in a lateral direction of the main body. The rotating slide-type mobile communication terminal further includes a coupling means, which couples the bosses of the slider to the guide rails of the main body. Therefore, when the slider is opened, the orientation of the liquid crystal display of the slider is changed in a widescreen direction, thus allowing a user to effectively use various multimedia services, such as a TV, moving images and games.

A center bearing assembly rotatably supports an intermediate portion of a vehicle driveshaft assembly during use. The center bearing assembly includes a rigid bracket that is secured to a support surface of the vehicle, a support member that is supported within the rigid bracket, and an annular bearing that is supported within the support member for rotatably supporting the intermediate portion of the vehicle driveshaft assembly. The support member is formed from a resilient material and has a cavity formed therein. A plurality of bladders is disposed within the cavity formed in the support member. Each of the bladders is filled with a quantity of a rheological fluid. Fluid communication between adjacent pairs of the bladders is provided by respective control valves. A control circuit is provided for selectively generating and applying an energy field to each of the control valves so as to vary the ability of the rheological fluid to flow therethrough between the associated pair of bladders. As a result, the vibration dampening characteristics of the support member can be varied.

A sleeve-shaped derailleur shaft is fitted on the outer periphery of the bosses to support and mount the derailleur shaft. The derailleur shaft includes a hole at the shaft end thereof. A mounting position of the derailleur shaft is achieved by a pin inserted into the hole and a hole provided on one of the cases.

A damascene process is utilized to fabricate the segmented magnetic core elements of an integrated circuit inductor structure. The magnetic core is electroplated from a seed layer that is conformal with a permanent dielectric mold that results in sidewall plating defining an easy magnetic axis. The hard axis runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the core and the inductor coils are orthogonal to the core's longitudinal axis. The magnetic field generated by the inductor coils is, therefore, parallel and self-aligned to the hard magnetic axis. The easy axis can be enhanced by electroplating in an applied magnetic field parallel to the easy axis.
