An integrally connected common electrode layer in a TFT (thin film transistor) array substrate is divided to form touch control induction electrodes and touch control drive electrodes that are insulated from one another. The TFT array substrate is provided with metal drive electrodes and metal induction electrodes that are electrically connected with the corresponding touch control drive electrodes and touch control induction electrodes respectively, so that the resistance of the touch control drive electrodes and the resistance of the touch control induction electrodes are decreased. The touch control drive electrodes and the touch control induction electrodes are driven in a time-sharing manner, so that a touch control function and a display function are realized.
