The invention relates to a
control system for an ARM-based embedded electronic pattern
machine. A whole controller structurally comprises two parts: a core control plate and an electromechanical control plate, wherein the core control plate is mainly responsible for the tasks such as the production, the display, the
verification, the storage, the modification, the transmission, the man-
machine interaction and the like of the pattern, and adopts an ARM9
microprocessor S3C2416
chip with a 32-bit von neumann structure; and the electromechanical control plate is mainly responsible for the tasks such as the pattern receiving, the temporary data storage, the
electric machine control, the external
signal receiving and the like, and adopts a 32-bit ARM7
microprocessor LPC2214
chip. The whole
control system realizes the function that an operator draws, verifies and modifies the pattern on the core control plate with a touch screen, stores the pattern and sends the pattern to the electromechanical control plate, and steps on a footboard, so that an elegant pattern is sewn on material by a frame needle under the control of the electromechanical control plate. The whole
system has the advantages of being high in
processing capability, large in pattern storage space, low in
power consumption, low in cost, high in reliability, etc.
