The invention relates to an antibacterial masterbatch. The antibacterial masterbatch is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 48 to 57.5 percent of PE (Polyethylene), 18 to 26.5 percent of chitosan, 5 to 10 percent of agavaceae cellulose extracts and eucalyptus cellulose extracts, 10 to 20 percent of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene particles, 3 to 8 percent of epoxy resin, 1.5 to 3 percent of talcum powder, 2 to 3.6 percent of compound surfactant and 0.3 to 0.5 percent of epoxy antioxidant. The antibacterial masterbatch disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high trength, abradability, corrosion resistance and softness as well as higher antibacterial property, biocompatibility and the like, and also has the effects of adsorbing and discharging heavymetal ions and preventing and controlling some diseases; moreover, growth of some beneficial bacteria cannot be affected in a bacteriostasis process; in addition, by adding cellulose adhesives, toughening modifying agents, solubilizing agents, antioxidant stabilizing agents and the like, the thickening performance, the dispersion and adhesion performance, the antioxidation performance, the film-forming performance and the like of the antibacterial masterbatch are enhanced, enhancement of softness, luster and flexibility of the fibers as well as a synergistic effect on the antibacterial property are also facilitated, and post-processing treatment is facilitated so as to prepare a finished product.
