The production process thereof mainly comprises the three following steps of smelting raw materials, spheroidizing and inoculation treatment and heat treatment. According to the high-toughness corrosion-resistant wear-resistant ball and the production process thereof, the components of the elements are reasonably configured, the optimized production process is coordinated, so that the prepared wear-resistant ball is high in strength, high in hardness, excellent in toughness and good in corrosion resistance.
