The invention discloses a fractured rock
mass intelligent grouting measurement and
control system and an implementation method thereof. The
system comprises microseismic detectors, a data substation,an underground monitoring host, a
server, a grouting pump, an
intelligent control valve and a grouting control end. According to the implementation method comprises, real-
time signal sources are monitored in
slurry diffusion through utilization of a microseismic monitoring technology; positioning is carried out timely; a practical effective
diffusion range of
slurry is obtained after verificationis carried out; the practical effective
diffusion range is compared with a required grouting diffusion
diameter to obtain an evaluation parameter; a difference value between the evaluation parameter and a threshold set by a
server terminal is computed; the difference value is fed back to the grouting control end based on a set diffusion computing return program; grouting parameters are dynamicallyadjusted; accurate control over a grouting
system is realized based on effect of the
intelligent control valve; and intelligent pressure increased and reduced grouting or flow increased and reduced grouting is carried out or grouting is stopped in real time. According to the
system and the method, the grouting parameters are dynamically and intelligently adjusted, the effective diffusion range ofthe
slurry is accurately realized, slurry material waste is reduced, cost is reduced, and safety and high efficiency of grouting
engineering are ensured.
