The invention relates to a method for preparing microbial
fertilizer by using rhizoma dioscoreae zingiberensis as a
raw material, belonging to treatment methods for the comprehensive utilization of
hydrolysate of rhizoma dioscoreae zingiberensis
processing enterprises. The invention in particular relates to a method for preparing the microbial
fertilizer by using the rhizoma dioscoreae zingiberensis as the
raw material. The method for preparing the microbial
fertilizer by using the rhizoma dioscoreae zingiberensis as the
raw material comprises the following steps: (1) treating the raw material:
grinding rhizoma dioscoreae zingiberensis
powder into pulp and then fermenting, adding
sulfuric acid, introducing steam, carrying out
degradation reaction, and carrying out
solid-liquid separation to obtain rhizoma dioscoreae zingiberensis
hydrolysate and a hydrolyzed product; (2) preparing the fertilizer: (A) adding
nitrogen,
phosphorus,
potassium and trace elements into the
hydrolysate, stirring and mixing with the hydrolyzed product of the rhizoma dioscoreae zingiberensis; (B) adding a
decomposition agent into the mixture obtained in the step A for composting; (C) adding
bacillus megaterium and
bacillus subtilis into the composted material obtained in the step B to obtain the microbial fertilizer finished product. The method is simple in process, easy to operate, comprehensive in
nutrition and remarkable in yield-increasing effect, and is compound microbial fertilizer which is rich in
fulvic acid and multiple organic mineral elements.
