The invention discloses a hemostatic antibacterial nanometer film and a preparation method thereof. The hemostatic antibacterial nanometer film is prepared from a
polymer matrix material, a hemostaticfactor, an antibacterial factor and a protective layer. The artificially synthesized
polymer is served as the matrix material, and the nanometer film with excellent
mechanical property is obtained through a spin-
coating method. The hemostatic factor and the antibacterial factor which are in nanoscale are loaded to the nanometer film. The protective layer is made of water-
soluble polymer substance, protecting the factors and achieving release of the physiological environment environmental responsiveness. Therefore, the hemostatic antibacterial nanometer film has the advantages of high
biological safety, high convenience and comfortableness in use, adaptability to wound surfaces in complex shape, good adhesion effect o
soft tissue, quick hemostatic action and good
antibacterial effect, canbe applied to rapid repairing of
human body soft tissue, such as acute trauma such as
incised wound and
puncture wound, and a part of visceral injury and
chronic wound caused by such as the
diabetic foot.
