The invention relates to a compound vibration isolating device based on an air spring and a particle damping material. The compound vibration isolating device comprises an air spring component, a particle damping component and a metal spring, wherein the particle damping component comprises a particle holding chamber with throttling holes and particles; the air spring component comprises an air filling hole, a top plate, an air bag layer and a bottom plate; the upper part and the lower part of an elastic component are separately connected with the top plate and the particle holding chamber through welding, or bolts and other technologies; the lower part of the particle holding chamber is connected to the bottom plate through gluing or bolts; and as a result, a whole compound vibration isolating device based on the air spring and the particle damping material is formed. According to the compound vibration isolating device, through changing the particle holding chamber into an additional air chamber, the whole size is greatly reduced than adopting an air spring with an external air chamber; and at the same time, through combining the air spring component, the particle damping component and the metal spring together, the compound vibration isolating device is integrated with the vibration isolating function of the air spring with the air chamber, the energy consuming function of the particles and the vibration isolating function of the metal spring, so that the compound vibration isolating device better buffers the power impact of upper load, consumes vibration energy, reduces noise and has a great vibration isolating effect when excitation frequency is lower than 20Hz.
