The invention relates to the technical field of
drying systems, in particular to a
drying system for water-based
coating. The
system is provided with a sealed air duct and at least comprises a
drying room, a
heat pump unit and a burner, wherein the drying room can provide a sealed drying space and is provided with an air inlet end and an air return end; the
heat pump unit comprises an
evaporator, a compressor and a condenser, the compressor drives
coolant to pass the condenser and the
evaporator in a circulation manner, the
evaporator is connected to the air return end of the drying room to provide return air for cooling and dehumidifying, and the condenser is connected to the air outlet end of the evaporator to provide dry air for heating; the burner is arranged between the condenser and the air inlet end of the drying room, and the burner combusts, oxidizes and purifies dry hot air and then conveys the same to the drying room. The drying
system provided with the sealed air duct and drying space is convenient to
mount, small in floor space, capable of being mounted indoor or outdoor, capable of reducing
energy consumption, even in drying space temperature, capable of shortening the
drying time of the water-based
coating, capable of reducing operation cost, safe and reliable in operation, environmental friendly and free of
pollution, wide in application range, and capable of achieving continuous large-scale drying in a
production line mode.
