The invention discloses an adjustable cervical
vertebra anterior approach operation position posing device used in the
spine surgery. The adjustable cervical
vertebra anterior approach operation position posing device comprises a
bed board, a cross rod and a lower board, wherein a motor is fixed to the lower surface of the
bed board, an output shaft of the motor is connected with an
bevel gear, circular rings are fixed to the lower surface of the
bed board and are in a sliding sleeved connection with drive shafts, the surfaces of rotation shafts are provided with a spiral insections, the
bevel gear is meshed with the spiral insections of the rotation shafts, a double-rod design is adopted between the bed board and the cross rod, the neck is not blocked, and X-
ray perspective can be directly performed. The device drives the
bevel gear to rotate through the output shaft of the motor, the bevel gear drives the rotation shafts to rotate so as to achieve left-right movement of the rotation shafts, accordingly the distance between the head and the neck is adjusted to adapt to the neck lengths of different patients, a rotary lead screw and a connecting rod rotatably inserted into a lower board round hole are fixed through a stud to drive the lower board to rotate, accordingly different surgical angles are obtained, the surgical efficiency is improved, an the
surgical risk is reduced.
