The device enables a second drop to be mixed in a first drop deposited on an electrically insulating layer of an analysis support, in a viscous liquid environment and to mix the resulting drop. The device comprises at least one injector forming the second drop above the first drop. After formation of the second drop, a voltage impulse is applied between a first electrode, arranged under the electrically insulating layer of the analysis support, underneath the first drop, and a second electrode arranged near the outlet orifice of the injector. The voltage impulse fosters the coalescence phenomenon between the two drops, while preventing risks of contamination of the injector by the reagent of the first drop.

The present invention provides an organic insulating layer-based gradient-doped IGZO thin-film transistor and relates to the technical field of electronics. The organic insulating layer-based gradient-doped IGZO thin-film transistor comprises a substrate, a gate electrode, an organic insulating layer and a gradient-doped IGZO semiconductor layer, wherein the substrate, the gate electrode, the organic insulating layer and the gradient-doped IGZO semiconductor layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. On the gradient-doped IGZO semiconductor layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode are arranged in parallel. The gradient-doped IGZO semiconductor layer comprises a lowermost IGZO thin-film layer, an uppermost IGZO thin-film layer, and an intermediate IGZO thin-film layer, wherein the concentrations of the lowermost IGZO thin-film layer, the uppermost IGZO thin-film layer, and the intermediate IGZO thin-film layer are sequentially increased. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the problem that the IGZO semiconductor and the organic insulating layer are not matched in lattice so as to cause the damage of the subsequent DC magnetron sputtering to the organic insulating layer and the formation of a large leakage current can be solved.

Water treatment system

A water treatment apparatus for treating water in a device using water as a circulating medium comprises an extractor line for removing water from the device and ozone generation means for producing and conveying a supply of ozone. A contactor / mixer member is provided and has an entry passage for receiving water from the extractor line and ozone from the ozone generation means. The contactor / mixer member has contacting passages for receiving a water and ozone mixture from the entry passage and is configured so as to create turbulence to intimately mix the water and ozone along at least a portion of its length. A return line is provided for receiving and transporting the water and ozone mixture from the contacting passages back to the device.
