The invention discloses a hydrothermal preparation method of a nano-ZnO cellulose composite material on the basis of a NaOH-urea solution and application. The method comprises the step that in the NaOH-urea cellulose solution, the nano-ZnO cellulose composite material is prepared through in-situ compounding by adopting the hydrothermal method. According to the hydrothermal preparation method of the nano-ZnO cellulose composite material on the basis of the NaOH-urea solution, after cellulose is dissolved, hydroxyl groups on molecules of the cellulose are combined with zinc ions, and the defect that a zinc source does not easily penetrate into a carrier is overcome; in addition, the adopted NaOH-urea solvent is cheap and easy to obtain, and the hydrothermal synthesis temperature is obviously reduced. The nano-ZnO cellulose composite material contains 47.5% of ZnO and has the high removal efficiency on phenol in photodegradation wastewater. The ZnO cellulose composite material prepared through the method is cheap and environmentally friendly and has the very good practicability on phenolic wastewater treatment by serving as a photodegradation catalyst.

ZIFs nanosheet/chitosan/diatomite hybrid and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of flame retardants, and particularly relates to a ZIFs nanosheet / chitosan / diatomite hybrid. The hybrid is prepared by combining the nitrogen element of a chitosan molecule with cobalt or zinc ions in a ZIFs nanosheet and then combining an amino group with a hydroxyl group on the surface of diatomite. When the hybrid is added into a polymer, the chitosan can be used as an effective carbon source, the diatomite and the ZIFs nanosheet have a certain physical barrier effect, cobalt oxide or zinc oxide generated by thermal decomposition of the ZIFs nanosheet andacidic active sites on the surface of SiO2 can promote the formation of a compact carbon layer, and the carbon layer has an excellent barrier effect, so that the flame retardance and the smoke suppression performance of the polymer material are improved. Bidirectional screening system construction method for directed evolution of lead binding protein

The invention provides a bidirectional screening system construction method for directed evolution of lead binding protein. A positive screening marker ampicillin resistance gene amp and an inverse screening marker levansucrase gene sacB are adopted to form a bidirectional screening system, and the bidirectional screening system is regulated by the lead binding protein PbrR and specific promoter Ppbr expression. Results of bidirectional screening system expression verification and expression optimization show that the screening conditions of lead ions combined with lead binding protein are 50MuM of lead ions and 100Mug / mL; the screening conditions of zinc ions and lead binding protein combined with weakened optimization pressure are 50MuM of lead ions and 10% of saccharose, and the growthof cells strongly combined with the zinc ions is inhibited due to saccharose sensitivity. The present invention provides apparatuses and methods for determining zinc ion concentration in a fluid sample. Some apparatuses of the invention include (i) a light source designed to emit an excitatory light at a first known wavelength that activates a fluorescent emission having a second and different wavelength by at least one selected fluorescent reporter probe that generates a different fluorescent response when bound to zinc ion; (ii) at least one sample-holding component adapted to hold a liquid sample in a pathway of the excitatory light; (iii) a photodetector for measuring fluorescent emission intensity generated by fluorescent reporter probe bound to zinc ion within the liquid sample; and (iv) electronic means for creating a data signal that correlates with fluorescent emission intensity generated by fluorescent reporter probe bound to zinc ion in the liquid sample to the free zinc ion concentration. Such apparatuses and methods can be used to determine the presence of or the risk of having prostate cancer in a subject.
