The invention relates to the technical field of breeding of fishes, mussels, clams, lobsters, sponge, pearls and the like, in particular to a crayfish breeding method. The method includes the steps ofS1, site construction, S2, separation of young crayfishes and S3, storage of the young crayfishes. The site construction includes constructing constant-temperature environment-friendly warm sheds, avisible water breeding pond and a three-dimensional yield-increasing brooding pond. The storage of the young crayfishes includes that one cold shed for storing the young crayfishes with the standard size of 1cm is provided for every two constant-temperature environment-friendly warm sheds. The crayfish breeding method has the advantages that the survival rate of the young crayfishes can be remarkably increased to approximately 50% through reasonable layout of the ponds and the separate breeding in the three-dimensional pond, and the yield can be increased from 100,000 per mu to 150,000 per mu;the water area is increased, the breeding density is reduced, and the yield per mu of the young crayfishes can be increased; the method is applicable to cold regions in winter.
