demister; the wet desulphurization
system is characterized in that a humidification
nozzle is arranged on a position which is behind the
demister and far form the
demister by 0.3-1.0m, a
flue which is behind the humidification
nozzle and far from the humidification
nozzle by 4-10m is internally provided with a last-stage demister, and a washing nozzle for washing the last-stage demister is in front of the last-stage demister. The wet desulphurization system provided by the invention has the following advantages that 1, the
smoke discharge value of a
chimney of the thermal power
plant is effectively reduced; 2, the
energy consumption is low, and the energy-consumption index is superior to that of electric bag dust extraction and wet dust extraction; 3, the investment is relatively small, the investment is 30-50% of the investment of the electric bag dust extraction and is 15-20% of the investment of the wet dust extraction, the maintenance of equipment is convenient, and the service life is long; 4, the construction period is short and can finish within 10-20 days; 5, the operation and the adjustment are easy, and the equipment is safe and reliable.
